Dewain Anthony Reyna
Dewain brings more than 30 years of leadership, operations, and business development experience to Urban Impact Inc., with a career spanning roles at organizations including AAA and Goodwill Industries. His background in corporate operations and leading large teams shapes how he builds programs today, practical, results driven, and centered on real community outcomes.
Lyle Mark Kinnart
Lyle Mark Kinnart brings 20 years of experience in leadership, talent development, and operational management across small business and corporate environments. He's built real success in ecommerce and customer relationship management, alongside more traditional international business operations and development. His background in coaching and small business consulting keeps him closely attuned to today's business trends while staying grounded in the values that got him here. That combination is what lets Lyle Mark turn forward thinking ideas into real results for the community.
